When your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. FLAT RATE SHIPPING Orders are generally shipped within 24 hrs. using USPS. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders shipping.

 

Optional: We do not ship outside of United States at this time.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping is offered on shipping for orders over $75.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination. Heaven Essence  is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
